"...As part of the Terran Hegemony's ongoing commitment to the Second Geneva Accords, the second wave of troop deployments to the League-Confederation border are underway. This comes only days after renewed hostilities broke out between forces from the Free Worlds League and Lyran Commonwealth. Although some detractors of the Accords have called the new HAF deployments as blatant protectionism for League and Capellan aggression, government officials were quick to point out that these units were slated to move to the border months ago. A lack of transports were cause for the delay—now rectified by Hegemony Navy. The new HAF units making their way through the Holt Reaches will also be supplying humanitarian aid supplies as part of their ongoing protection of the region. 

INN has also been told that additional HAF forces have been placed on high alert along the Commonwealth border, and that naval squadrons will increase their patrols along the Suns border in the event that nation attempts to cross or invade Hegemony space without permission."
