Announcement of the Capellan Confederation

Chancellor Candace Liao and her consort General Han Wu Di would like to announce the birth or their first child, a son.  Sun Tzu Liao was born or February 6th and weighed 4 kilo's(8 lbs for us American misfits).  Security has been tight but official photos of a strong looking boy have been released.  A three day celebration has been called to mark this wonderful event.

Sun Tzu is a Liao not a Davion clone like Kai.

I will follow with a girl, Kali and then add in Kai who will be a great mech jock and warrior.
