If you're referring to FRAC's proposal, the TH refused to participate, but would agree to sell the equipment with a service fee.

Well thus far the summit has been a shining success, matching my every expectation but one. The question now, of course, is whether it will live down to my last expectation.

Well, "peace" was achieved, but I feel like unless some things change over the accelerated time jump new lines have already been drawn.

I think Black said a peace was achieved. I promised to stay away from the OA treaty boards, so I couldn't say for certain.

Peace was obtained by negotiations and agreement by all parties.  Full arbitration was not required.
