     The Federated Suns and the Capellan Confederation after 5 years of peace have decided to sign a formal non-aggression pact.  With our border already agreed on during the peace treaty and a desire to end centuries of fruitless war we have decided to make formal what we have been doing since the end of the 4th Succession War.  Neither the Federated Suns nor the Capellan Confederation will engage in any attempts to take planets from each other.  No attacks, raids, sabotage or any covert action designed to cause harm to the other party is permitted from this time forward.
