I don't believe so. You could try keyword police search in FM Terran Republic and Project Phoenix but I don't think there is any specific references to those institutions. Maybe I could help though? Feel free to ask.

As led by Chief Mahoney, the TPA (terran police academy) is well known throughout the Inner Sphere for its many, many fine graduates and strict standards.

Off base, many cadets find refreshment at the Blue Oyster pub.

I do know that BTA has referenced elements of the NYPD (or something similar) in his Black Tigers story. Maybe you can develop something from there?

Well Police Academies or Law Enforcement Training Schools do exist on every level of the Terran Republic. These five levels being National, Provincial, System, Regional, and Local.

Each of these authorities set their own public physical and academic requirements. Generally the national level set by the Ministry of Justice has the highest set calling for exceptional fitness and higher degrees of education such as a bachelors. Some academies require cadets to be hired by a specific police agency in order to attend. This prevents the dissemination of sensitive information to the public.
