White Witches

Any info on the White Witches?

Here is what I know.

From Sarna.net
Quote
A mercenary unit in the employ of the Federated Suns circa 3026, stationed along the Draconis Combine border.
Fought against Wolf's Dragoons on at least two occasions, and fought alongside the Eridani Light Horse
Source : Wolves on the Border novel

I looked at the Battletech Forums and could only see a topic on painting/logo.

I looked at Wolves on the Border and I know they use Zeus, Saladins and Saracens.

That is the only mention that I ever came across.

You know there is something wrong with the FWL, when Word's spell check changes Impavido to Impetigo and Zechetinu to Secretion.

Official literature has always claimed that the merc units listed in publications are only a sample of the ones out there, and the White Witches seem to be an excellent example of this.  From what I recall of the book, they were battalion or light regiment in strength, but the book never really flesh them out, using them as a convenient foil when necessary, ignoring them otherwise.

Thanks.

Light regiment = undersized regiment?
