Okay, the Wildwose is available on the Kindle site and tomorrow, SDII - A Guiding Light will also be available.

What I can't understand is that I tried to make them free and it won't let me - it added its own price >:(

So, anyone wants them FREE just click on the SD link in my sig and itll take you to Smashwords instead ;)

None of the completed SD books are now free as the promotional period is over, as I get close to finishing Book IV.:D

From tomorrow A Guiding Light (Sudden Dearth Book II) will be free on Kindle, they're finally catching up ...

Seven sources of power, demons, unknown heroes and an all-powerful religion clash in a titanic struggle. The Fortress has been reduced to rubble, the Taurans swept aside and the snarling K'ran's head banner flies in secret pride. A strange signal is received, a vast Tauran Fleet assembled and Walters and his men must again stand against both religious intolerance and Dark Magic.

Gah! Kindle is definitely the medium. Since going FREE this morning, AGL is being downloaded like mad.  :o

Will check again later but on Amazon.co.uk it was No. 10 in FREE SF & No. 6 in FREE Horror (I took a screenshot ;D)

On Amazon.com it was No. 26 in Horror and No.36 in SF.

Famous for a day at least!!!!! 8)

So, here is a bit of an update. Since going free two weeks ago (more or less), AGL has been downloaded 3000+ times. 8)

At first the rate in the US was much more than in the UK, but that has now reversed, although the total number of downloads is still higher than  the UK. THis week people must have been reading because they have now begun to BUY copies of Sudden Dearth and SDIII - A Leap Of Faith. Higher ratio of purchases to downloads in the UK than in the US.

I'm no bestselling author, but certainly get a kick out of seeing that people want to buy my work. ;D

I ned to get a wriggle on as SDIV has been giving me a bit of trouble with respect to the ending and link to the next book >:(

Long may the interest continue. I just need to keep adding new stuff now  :P

Thanks for the good vibes, and the truth is that I have already beaten last month's sales figures as of today. Long may the curve be upward ;D

The next story to be published will be A Cold Dish, which is finally written and in edit state. It has helped me concrete the timeline and the link between the various stories. ;)

After that comes SDIV which will incorporate a couple of twists because of ACD.

So at month end, A Knight's Charge has 6104 "sales" (free downloads in this case), and adding to those for A Guiding Light last and this month, that's 10,000+ "sales" in two months. 8)

One Novella and a book will be out by end July (SALIGIA and A Cold Dish) with SDIV pushed back to August/September. SALIGIA is formatted and just needs a final editing tweak. ACD is about two and half weeks behind.

I'm haing fun and that's what counts ;D

SALIGIA is pretty much the same, although A Cold Dish has quite a number of new and previously unpublished chapters. I'm trying to tie up all the links, before SDIV gets published. Viker and his Angels need connecting ....

Right now I have decided to keep posting there and this material is the latest edit of the book.
