Do you have any example of SLDF or early Sucession Wars Flak vehicles?
The only example I know is the Partisan.

Autocannon carriers and  Estavez AA Vehicles come to mind.

Air Defense on the part of the THAF and SLDF though is largely maintained by air superiority fighters rather then ground based AA platforms to provide cover.  Antiaircraft duty was largely left to the Rifleman as a result.

or for the Standard tech version TRO 3039.  they are a variant on the LRM/SRM carrier.

No missiles against Aerospace Fighters?

Missiles are more efficent then energy weapons, but nowhere near as efficent as autocannons, especially with flak ammo when it comes to taking out aircraft (at elevation above 1 you have to roll on the cluster hit to see how many missiles make the proper altitude, then again to see how many of those missiles hit)

AC Carrier
Pike Support Vehicle
Partisan
Thor Artillery and Marksman Artillery could be used with flak as well.

There is also a design from MNA called the Trailblazer.  Not SL, but when you have 4 LB-10X's and a large pulse, you can irritate pilots like crazy.
