okay this is an excellent design.  suggestions for improvement, kill the TAG and add in a C3 Slave.  you could shave off about 4 tons of armor and the 2.5 tons additional cargo to install a LRM or MML Launcher if you want to give more reach to the vehicle to provide cover fire for it's charges.

I like it too although I'd make the carried force 8 tons and increase cargo or 12 an entire platoon of BA

Really, as long as there is an unbroken line of people calling themselves "Clan Nova Cat," it doesn't really matter to me if they're still using Iron Wombs or not. They may be dead as a faction, but as a people they still exist. It's not uncommon in the real world, after all.
