I just made this easy to manufacture Combat Car based on the South African Rooikat.

As I am not familiar with the rules, here it is.
It is not meant to be checked as I followed the rules (and it should be okay) but more to get your opinion on it.
I saw it as a easy to manufacture Pre Star League recon/raiding unit.

Hi I was curious about this design so I checked wiki. This is an interesting design you chose. It main weapon is a medium rifle a precursor to the autocannon. It has more stopping power than an autocannon/5 but it has a better range than the rifle. Very Interesting that you chose a Pre Star League design that in this time frame would be considered super ancient.

AMX-30 is a french design but is longer while the tiger could be based on the WWll german Tiger l or The Tiger ll aka The King Tiger or The Royal Tiger  but it is longer than either.

And you are right: the AMX-30 is the French design and the Tiger is just the Tiger I.
