Aerospace Boondoggle Contest
« on: July 08, 2014, 03:42:19 PM »

Was thinking this would a good for laughs and even some serious thought on what other folks would make for aerospace designs Boondoggle related, no specif weight or even design category, this is just a fun design challenge ie, if something fits for you own use as a Boondoggle in a campaign then this contest has achieved a purpose.  My personal hope is someone puts up the stats for the never achieved operation Texas SDS design. And yes Fluff is a must with this one for all the designs submitted, stats are fun but do not show the true story or headaches a TRUE Boondoggle is.

Cheers and let hilarity ensue or at least Cheeseburgers with bacon and BBQ sauce(i did mention it was for laughs right :) )

Like I said anything go's, actualy want to see your ideas for a omniship, me i went with a module approach, kinda based it off a certain frieghtr/warship you have in the DC fleet for shattered dawn, except I have a combat yardship that follows safely behind with escorts to do module swap outs and repairs.

ATN has a bad tendency of not writing fluff which is the primary motivator for such a challenge, so for right now the design submitted is rejected, until spiced up with fluff, and not the lame one liner saying due to costs.

A lot of people post designs without fluff. If you want to reject my design for your contest because it doesn't have any fluff, that's fine but you really should have specified at the start that fluff (and whatever else) was required for your contest.
