aquilla class jumpship

knlghtmare , was just reading your tro  for the aquilla over on s7 . this is not a critique , just a question . since the aquilla was a colonial transport ,not including crew , how many colonist could be carried pre voyage .

I have no idea. That entry was written what, 10 years ago? But seeing how it's a non-canon design with a 5k cargo bay you could conceivably cram in something like 2,000k worth of people and use the remainder for consumables if this was strictly a transport situation. Assuming this is for a colony of some sort, then I would use considerably less tonnage for passengers.

Since Knightmare is a Blakist, he would probably put more than allowed or needed, just in case there is a need for a purge on the way.

Pretty much. You always want to stuff in a little 'extra' so you have something to make an example of during long voyages. Gotta keep the frails peons in line after all.
