Hopefully I'm not too awful late to chime in.

I'd be more than willing to help flesh out these:

1) Taurian Concordat
2) St. Ives Compact
3) Duchy of Andurien

Tried to find three that I would be interested enough to put real effort in but that hadn't already been asked for by another person (let me know if I overlooked someone)
