Really, as long as there is an unbroken line of people calling themselves "Clan Nova Cat," it doesn't really matter to me if they're still using Iron Wombs or not. They may be dead as a faction, but as a people they still exist. It's not uncommon in the real world, after all.

The LCAF looks like its taken a beating, how fast can they rebuild/build new units?

Mercs are a bigger pain in the ass than any of the House Units or Clans in all honesty - I move them around so often and change contracts.

I might just end up listing them by state without basing planet - I've looked at it a few times

The Lyrans have been rebuilding they looked a lot worse when the Falcons were still fighting for Incukalns and Arc Royal.  There's actually an update coming when the Lyrans try something different for rebuilding almost like they've taken a page of the Capellan play book...

Fair enough, be good to see the LCAF actually get to a size where it can take on the Clans along its borders.
