Hmm I have not run across this before.
To be fair, I think I ran across it in ’04-’05, but I think it disappeared soon thereafter. He may have drifted away from BT when Warner’s forums were annexed into officialdom, or during one of the Forum Crashes.
If it helps, he also had some Egyptian-themed BT material (including a whole Clan, I think) and used a (house?) variant on the Monitor rules (
) to recreate a Klingon Bird-of-Prey as a 35,200 ton (Assault DropShip?) aerodyne design with spinal capital weapons — an NPPC and two NL-35s, IIRC.
