Being a raging aethiest they never sat well with me. Worshipping technology is just plain wierd and so dropping 30+ divisions on them was deeply satisfying.

As to Mars, look at the name of the Operation and then ask why the best unit in the Dragoons was sent there?

Dragoons thought the Blakists were Wolverines... and despite their split from the clans still think its their duty to wipe em out?

That is the kind of results I would expect from the ComGuards, Dragoons and Highlanders.  I never liked the way they were all neuteured in the canon universe.  Very well done and thanks for sharing.

Welcome to the boards Midget!

I never liked the split of ComStar. If the whole organization went bad fine but we get half of the Order to become the big bad guy then they merge back at the end to become the same old ComStar. The Blakist were just a plot device and that is why I feel sorry for them.

See, I always saw the Word of Blake or similar organization coming to life. You can't feed an organization like ComStar with a daily dose of conservative religious ideology for centuries and not expect it to produce some serious true believers. Or, expect them to just disappear quietly.

Religious nut jobs tend to go out with a "bang." (Please pardon my benighted parlance.)

You produce true believers, fakers and non believers.

Really, as long as there is an unbroken line of people calling themselves "Clan Nova Cat," it doesn't really matter to me if they're still using Iron Wombs or not. They may be dead as a faction, but as a people they still exist. It's not uncommon in the real world, after all.

The Diamond Sharks took the Rim Collection, the Lyrans must be worried now they have trade competition right on the border

No, the DS took world to the "North" of the Collection, so both the Collection and Lyrans have something to worry about.

That's me looking at the map seeing a blob on the Lyran's behind and thinking it was the Collection, instead the Sharks are lost in space
